Dr BR Sur Homoeopathic Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, (DBSHMCHARC) New Delhi Overview
The college is a long-standing homoeopathic institution founded in November 1985 by the late Dr B.R Sur, a philanthropist and prominent Homoeopath in Delhi. Although Shri Jagpravesh Chander launched the hospital as a fully-fledged 40-bed hospital in 1987, it began operations in 1986 with diagnostic services such as X-Ray, Ultrasound, ECG, Pathology Laboratory, and operating theatre. The Central Council of Homoeopathy recognises the college, which is associated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. In August 1999, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi enrolled its first class of pupils.
