In 2001, the Institute of Law & Research (ILR) in Faridabad was founded to offer integrated B.A., LL.B., and 3-year LL.B. programmes. The I.L.R. Faridabad is Haryana’s first self-funded law school. It aims to provide high-quality legal education in India. The Institute is around 11 kilometres from the Old Faridabad Metro Station/Bus Stand (NH-2) and the Railway Station. There are frequent public and college transportation options. Under the jurisdiction of the Haryana Legal Aid Service Authority, the institute is dedicated to establishing excellence in legal education and raising legal knowledge, hence giving social and legal help to the common man.
